With the addition of two new anchor tenants (Office Depot & 02 Fitness) and a significant renovation and remerchandising, Hawthorne Retail Partners transformed this dated community center into a Class A retail destination. The renovation included a complete façade enhancement (outparcel & shopping center), a new pylon sign, and significant upgrades to parking lot lighting and landscaping.
