Hawthorne Retail Partners, with multi-family developer Crescent Resources, will completely redevelop 15 acres that is currently occupied by a vacant strip center into a vibrant mixed-use community with approximately 113,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 320 Class A apartments. The redevelopment will be anchored by a specialty grocer and is expected to be LEED certified. Hawthorne Retail Partners will develop the retail component and Crescent Resources will develop the residential component.
